Privacy Policy
The plain version: we take what you put in the form so a plumber near you can call about your job. It goes to that one plumber. We don't sell it, trade it, or add it to anyone's marketing list.
Information we collect
- Form submissions: the name, phone number, town, and job details
you type in
- Call records: if phone service is running, calls can be recorded
for quality and records. You'll be told when they are
- Hosting logs: the normal server records (pages viewed, browser
type, IP) used for security and basic traffic reporting
- Anti-spam records: submissions log the sender IP and timestamp so
repeat spam and fake leads get rate-limited or blocked before they waste a contractor's time
How it gets used
- Matching you with one independent plumber covering your town
- Letting that plumber reach you about the job
- Running and improving the service
Who sees it
The plumber your request was matched with. Nobody else. No data brokers, no lead resellers, no other contractors.
Retention
Requests are kept as long as they're needed to run the service, then removed. Hosting logs rotate on a standard schedule.
Your options
Don't submit the form if you don't want the contact. To have a submitted request deleted, ask through the contact form. This site runs no advertising trackers, analytics beacons, or third-party cookies.
