What this site is for
King County Plumbing exists because finding a real local plumber here is harder than it should be. Search any town in the county and the top of the page is ads, national lead brokers, and companies whose "coverage area" doesn't include your street. We keep a short list of independent, licensed pros who actually work these towns, and we route your request to one of them.
How we fit in
- We're the introduction, not the contractor. The company that reaches
out is a real local business that does the work
- You settle up with them directly, on whatever terms you two agree to
- Your contact details go to one company, not a blast list
How we choose who gets a request
The pros we route to are licensed and insured in Washington, cover the towns they say they cover, and pick up the phone. That's the bar. If a town has nobody we trust to call back reliably, we'd rather say so than route you to a dead end.
Why a referral service instead of a directory?
Directories give you forty names and leave the filtering to you. This site is the filtered version. We did the legwork once, found the pros who actually take these towns, and built the route around them. You describe the job, we put it in front of one of them, and the two of you take it from there.
What we ask of you
Be straight about the problem and realistic about timing. If it's midnight and the ceiling is wet, mark urgent and say so plainly. The more useful your description, the faster the callback turns into an actual appointment.
Where we work
Everywhere in King County: Seattle and the Eastside, the valley floor, the north end, south county, and the foothill towns out toward the Cascades. The town list on the form is the coverage map.
